Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You top up your trackers as you need them. There are no long-term commitments
How does the 30-day trial work?
You can order up to 2 trial devices. Once installed, you get 30 days of free use. After that, you can either return the devices for a refund or continue with paid top-ups.
How much does it cost after the trial?
You pay per device with a simple top-ups system: 1 month 4.99$, 3 months 13.99$, or 6 months 25.99$ per tracker.
Can I use my existing devices?
In many cases, yes. But you have to contact us and we will check if we can connect your current devices to our system.
Can I return already ordered devices?
Yes, but you have only 14-days to make a return once the devices are arrived at your location.
When do I know when to top up?
You will receive an email and in-app notification before the current top-up expires.
What if I forgot to top-up the device after the current top-up expired?
The trackers will stop receiving signals and you will no longer be able to see the newest updated metrics and vehicle location on the map, until you make another top-up.
